Salvatore Bruno Amato

Born in Serra San Bruno on October 5th 1958, he graduated law from the University of Milan in 1983. He was admitted to the Bar in 1986 and to the Supreme Court of Cassation’s Bar in 1996.

Member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani), the Labour Law Italian Association, since 2003.

He has worked with the journal “Rivista Critica di diritto del lavoro” (earlier “Lavoro ’80”).

Valentina Gismondi

Born in Milan on May 4th 1981, she has been admitted to the Bar on December 11th 2008.

She is Vice-President of the “Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori Assolombarda Milano, Monza Brianza e Lodi” since 2019, and formerly Adviser of the same from July 2016 to July 2019.

She has been Board Member and Member of Audit and Risk Committee of  Artemide Group S.p.A. during 2010-2015. May 2010.

Niccolò Nisivoccia

Born in Milan in 1973, he was admitted to the Bar in 2001.

He has been lecturer at the Chair of Bankruptcy Law of University of Milan and member of the Bankruptcy Commission of the Chamber of Lawyers of Milan and honorary council member of Fondazione Centro Nazionale Studi Manzoniani.

He steadily lectures at conferences and seminars. He’ also member of the editorial committee of the journal Rivista di diritto processuale; member of the scientific committee for Milan of il Fallimentarista; member of the Executive board of Osservatorio sul Debito Privato at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; member of the editorial committee of Persona & Danno; member of the Executive board of S.I.S.CO. He works on a regular basis with specialized magazines and, also on cultural topics and as columnist, with newspapers among which, in particular, Il Sole 24 Ore and il manifesto.

He is author of Sulla fragilità and of Variazioni sul vuoto (Le Farfalle, 2019 and 2020), of Quasi una cosmologia (Interno Libri, 2021) and of the essay La rinascita del debitore (Il Sole 24 Ore, 2020) and co-author, with Adolfo Ceretti, of Il diavolo mi accarezza i capelli (il Saggiatore, 2020).

Matteo Spataro

Born in Milan in 1971, after the high school diploma at Liceo-ginnasio Statale Tito Livio in Milan, he graduated from University of Milan defending a thesis in  Civil Law.

Admitted to the Bar 2001 and to the Supreme Court of Cassation’s Bar in 2014.

He has been lecturer at the Chair of Civil Law of the University of Milan and at the School of Law of Monza.

Gabriele Prenna

Born in Borgosesia in 1973, he has been admitted to the Bar in 2004.

He advises both national and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, equity capital markets, regulatory compliance (with specific expertise in d.lgs. 231/01-related matters) and commercial contracts.

He’s member of the Supervisory Body and Board of Directos of primary companies and corporations.

Roberto Marinoni

Born in Milan, on 1962, admitted to the Bar on 1991.

Degree in Law at Università degli Studi di Milano, summa cum laude

In his career he has cultivated a longstanding collaboration with the Department of Bankrupcy Law, Università degli Studi di Milano.

Sabine Reinelt

Born in Munich (Germany) in 1968.

Degree in Law at Universität Passau (Germany).

She has been admitted to the Bar in Germany on September 1996 (home-country professional title “Rechtsanwältin”) and to the Bar of Milan on December 2020.

She previously worked for the German Law Firm Spitzweg Partnerschaft (today Buse Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater) in Munich (Germany) from 1996 to 2002,

She practises law in Milan since 2002 and she has joined Edoardo Ricci Avvocati on September 2011.

She assists foreign companies, more specifically German companies, with their business in Italy and she provides consulting activities in civil and commercial law, as well as IP law.

During 2023 she successfully completed a course “Master Industrial and Intellectual Property Law”.

She is taking part in “AI Experimentation Project” organized by Bar Association of Milan.
